The Manikins started out playing garagepunk 1999 in Nyköping, Sweden.
After a 3 week tour in the US 2009, the
band took a break. The break turned out to be for 9 years but now they’re back!

Reminded me of why I got into power pop all those years ago. But not the corny Beatles worshipping shit, the GOOD powerpop with some bite like the first Beat record and the Real Kids! Hope this isn't the only record they put out. But if they stop right here, they go out on top.
